Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons store 2. Create an account using your email address — a one-time OTP is sent to verify it (no password created) 3. Select a plan (Starter or Pro) and enter card details to begin the 7-day free trial 4. During the 7-day trial, users get limited access to the product 5. The file is ready to download and send to a client immediately. ## What PropQwik Extracts When a user clicks the extraction icon on a supported listing page, PropQwik automatically captures the following fields (where present on the listing): - Property name and full address - Property type and sub-type - Listing price - Cap rate or lease rate - Building area and lot size - Broker name and contact details - All listing photos/images The exact fields captured depend on what the listing page displays. PropQwik only processes data that is publicly visible on the page — it cannot access gated, private, or login-protected data. ## Core Features **One-Click Extraction** The full property record is captured from the active listing page in a single click. PropQwik auto-detects that the user is on a supported CRE portal and processes the visible data immediately. The library supports search by property name or address, filtering by property type or other attributes, and marking properties as favourites for quick retrieval. **Property Notes & Tracking** Users can attach personal notes to any extracted property record. Notes are stored alongside the property data and persist across sessions. Useful for tracking client interest levels, deal status, follow-up reminders, and due diligence observations. **Private by Design** PropQwik reads a listing only when the user clicks Extract. The page is processed on PropQwik's servers to build the property data and presentation, then delivered to the user's browser. Pages the user only browses are never recorded, and extracted data is never sold or shared. ## Add-On: Google Connectivity Plan (+$9.99/month) The Google Connectivity Plan is an optional add-on available on both Starter and Pro plans for an additional $9.99/month. It bundles two integrations together — they are not sold separately. **Google Sheets Sync** Every property a user extracts is automatically synced to a connected Google Sheet. The data is written in structured rows — one property per row, with each extracted field in its own column. The sync happens automatically on every extraction with no manual action required. Users can connect to an existing Google Sheet or have PropQwik create a new one. The Sheet can be shared with teammates instantly through standard Google sharing. **Google Drive Auto-Save** Every PowerPoint presentation a user generates is automatically saved to their connected Google Drive account. Presentations are organized within a folder structure by property. No manual downloads are required — the file is available in Drive immediately after generation, shareable directly from Drive, and accessible from any device at any time. Note: When the Google Connectivity Plan is active, extracted property data (for Sheets) and generated presentations (for Drive) are also sent to the user's own Google account. ## How data is handled Extraction only happens when the user clicks Extract. The listing page is then sent to PropQwik's servers and processed by its AI providers to build the property data and the presentation. The results are delivered to the user's browser, where saved properties are stored, and removed from PropQwik's servers within 7 days. Each extraction is logged on the user's account (the listing's URL and name, and the IP address and browser it came from) for billing, security and support. Pages the user only browses are not recorded. Pages the user only browses are not recorded. **PropQwik only processes publicly visible data.** The extension reads what is already rendered and visible on the listing page — the same data any human visitor could read. It does not attempt to bypass login screens, access private or gated listing data, or perform any automated bulk scraping. This design keeps PropQwik compliant with the terms of service of supported listing portals. **Browser permissions, and what each is for.** Access to the tab the user extracts from and to the supported listing sites, so it can read the listing the user chooses; storage, for saved properties; the side panel, where PropQwik runs; notifications, to say when a job finishes; tab and window access, to open the panel on the right tab; a right-click menu entry; and Google sign-in, used only for the optional Google Connectivity add-on. The extension does not read browsing history or saved passwords. **The Google Connectivity Plan is opt-in and user-controlled.** Nothing is sent to Google unless the user opts into the Google Connectivity Plan and connects their Google account. It is not a website tool, a standalone web application, a SaaS dashboard accessed via login, or desktop software. It lives in the browser toolbar and activates on supported listing pages. **On the output format:** The only output PropQwik produces is a PowerPoint (.PPTX) file.
