PropQwik (the browser extension, propqwik.com, and related services) is operated by WebMobTech Solutions Pvt. This Platform: PropQwik (including its Chrome Extension, Edge Add-On, user interface, all its pages, modules, and any additional features or versions that may be launched from time to time, but not limited to) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Extension' or 'Add-On', which terms shall be used interchangeably and bear the same meaning).

In this Privacy Policy, the terms "PropQwik", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the Company; the terms "you" and "your" refer to any individual or entity accessing or using this Platform. This Policy governs the collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal information obtained directly from users or generated in the course of providing the Platform's property-information extraction and document-generation services.

PropQwik complies with all applicable United States federal and state privacy laws governing the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information. This includes, where relevant, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on data privacy and security, and any other legal requirements that apply to users based in the United States. We apply these standards to ensure transparency, fairness, and responsible data handling across all aspects of the Platform. By using PropQwik, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with these legal frameworks and this Privacy Policy.

By using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices set out in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy or any of its provisions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and the Services.

Safeguarding your privacy is of utmost importance to the Company, and we remain fully committed to protecting it. This Policy explains how personal information that we collect from you, that you provide to us, or that may be obtained through third-party service providers integrated with our systems, will be collected, used, processed, stored, and disclosed.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand the information we gather, the manner in which we utilize such information, and the limited circumstances under which it may be shared with third parties. By accessing or using the PropQwik Chrome Extension, Edge Add-On, extension interface, or any associated services ("Platform" or "Services"), you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.

• Extraction runs in your browser, only on the page you open, when you click Extract.
• To build your presentation, the details you choose go to our servers and to named third-party providers, used only to create your file.
• Your saved extractions and notes stay in your browser until you delete them.
• We don't sell your data or use extracted property data for ads or to train AI models.
• Our website uses analytics and advertising cookies that you can control.
• We'll notify you by email and in-extension before making material changes to this policy.

PropQwik collects personal information from users in various ways. This includes information voluntarily provided at the time of registration or when you interact with our support team, as well as data automatically collected when you use our browser extension. In addition, when you use the extraction feature, the Platform processes the property-related information you choose to extract.

The personal data we typically collect includes your name, email address, contact number (optional) and other basic details required to create and manage your account. We also collect technical and diagnostic information such as your IP address, device and browser identifiers, operating system details, crash logs, and usage data, which help us improve Platform performance and resolve service-related issues.

A key part of our Services involves processing the property information that you manually extract from supported third-party websites (such as LoopNet, Crexi, Zillow, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, Redfin, and Trulia). This may include property descriptions, pricing details, addresses, images, and similar publicly available information. Such data is processed only to generate the outputs you request and, where applicable, to maintain your past extraction history.

Third-Party Broker Contact Data: Listings you extract may include a broker's name, phone number, or email as shown on that listing. You are responsible for ensuring lawful use of this third-party contact data.

PropQwik does not collect any health-related, biometric, or sensitive personal information, and no Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA is processed or handled through our Platform.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Device and technical details: such as your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, and general usage patterns.
• Interaction data: information about your visits and interactions with our extension, including the pages you access, features you use, duration of use, and navigation activity.
• Registration details: information you provide during registration, such as your name, email address, and optional contact number.
• Extracted property data: information you enter or select while using the extraction feature, including property-related data extracted from supported third-party websites.
• Platform usage data: data generated through your use of the Platform, such as extraction history, file creation timestamps, and other usage-related logs.
• Trial information: including your trial start date, the number of free trial credits allotted and used, and your remaining credit balance. No payment card is required to sign up or start your free trial.
• Purchase and subscription details: collected only if you continue after your trial ends or upgrade to a paid plan — including your name, billing email, and payment details processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Support communications: information contained in communications you send to us through email or support channels, including message content and associated metadata.

Some features of the Platform may be accessed without sharing personal information. However, certain functionalities such as saving extractions, generating outputs, or accessing your account require you to provide basic registration details. Signing up and starting your free trial does not require a payment card.

We do not request government-issued identification documents or passwords to other services. If you provide any personal information about third parties while using our Platform, you must ensure that you have their consent and will be solely responsible for ensuring lawful submission of such information.

PropQwik collects and uses your personal information solely for the following purposes ("the Purposes"):

• To send you administrative notices, alerts, and other transactional communications related to your use of our services.
• To provide you access to the features you have chosen, including property data extraction, file generation, and past extraction history.
• To troubleshoot issues, improve performance, conduct internal analysis, and detect or prevent errors, misuse, fraud, or other unlawful activities.
• To enforce PropQwik's terms and conditions and ensure lawful use of the Platform.
• To use personal information for compliance, legal, regulatory, and investigative purposes, including responding to lawful requests or obligations.
• To analyze usage of the extension in order to improve our Services, features, and security measures.
• To perform analytics to enhance user experience, optimize features, and improve the quality of generated outputs.
• To fulfill contractual obligations between you and PropQwik, and to provide you with the facilities and services you request.
• To inform you about updates, new features, or related offerings from PropQwik, where you have consented to receive such communications.
• To notify you of changes, updates, or activity related to your account.
• To respond to your requests, inquiries, comments, or concerns.
• To enable your participation in interactive features of our services when you choose to engage.

PropQwik does not sell your personal information. However, we may share limited categories of data with trusted third-party service providers strictly for delivering and improving the Platform. Such sharing is done only on a need-to-know basis and under confidentiality obligations.

Your personal data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With core service providers: Amazon Web Services (AWS) (cloud infrastructure and transient storage), Gamma (presentation generation), Google Gemini AI (property data extraction), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Analytics (website analytics). Each is bound to use the data solely for the purpose of providing these services, and may not use it for their own purposes or to train their own models.
• With Google Ads: for website visitors only — to measure ad conversions and show remarketing ads on other sites, subject to your cookie choices. This applies only to website traffic, never to extracted property data.
• For security and compliance: fraud prevention and misuse detection, where sharing is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and the safety of users.
• To comply with legal obligations: such as responding to lawful requests, court orders, regulatory requirements, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
• In connection with business transactions: such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, where the successor entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy or similar protections.
• For analytics and performance improvement: in aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify any individual user.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share extracted property data with advertisers, marketing partners, or any third parties for promotional purposes or AI model training.

PropQwik stores only the minimum data required to enable functionality, maintain service reliability, and ensure proper operation of the Platform. This includes account information, extraction activity logs, export records, credit usage data, and system-related operational data.

PropQwik does not store the full extracted property data on its servers long-term. Only limited metadata, such as the number of extractions performed and reference identifiers (for example, property name or source link), is retained to enable features such as extraction history.

The property page you extract, and the detailed data generated from it to build your presentation, is used solely to produce the requested output. Raw page content is deleted immediately upon extraction processing, and pending results held for delivery are deleted from our servers within 48 hours of generation.

Certain user data may be stored locally within your browser (such as IndexedDB storage), which remains fully under your control. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the extension, such locally stored data may be permanently removed.

Upon request, user-related data stored on servers may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. These measures include encryption, secure servers, restricted access controls, and periodic security reviews.

All data transmitted through the PropQwik extension is protected using industry-standard security protocols (TLS 1.2 or higher) to safeguard it during transfer and storage.

Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel and trusted service providers who require such access to operate and maintain the Platform, and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

PropQwik implements specific security measures including encrypted data transmission, secure cloud infrastructure, restricted access controls, and encrypted storage of sensitive data such as authentication tokens. Temporary processing data is automatically removed after use.

Although we use commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and should notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulators as applicable law requires.

Certain integrations, such as Google Drive and Google Sheets, are available within the Platform and are disabled by default. These integrations are activated only when you explicitly choose to connect them.

When connected:

• Google Drive may be used to upload files generated through the Platform to a folder selected by you.
• Google Sheets may be used to append extracted data to a spreadsheet selected by you.

PropQwik only accesses and interacts with the specific files or locations you authorize and does not access unrelated data in your account. Authentication is handled securely via OAuth mechanisms, and access tokens are stored in encrypted form.

You may disconnect these integrations at any time, after which access tokens are revoked and no further interaction occurs.

PropQwik's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

PropQwik operates on a subscription-based model with a limited free trial period. No payment details are required to begin the trial.

The Platform offers subscription plans with defined usage limits and feature access. During your free trial, you receive a limited number of free credits to use within the trial period, based on your usage.

We keep a record of credits used, credits remaining, and transaction history associated with your account to support usage tracking and service functionality.

Where applicable, payments and subscription billing are processed through secure third-party payment service providers (Stripe). PropQwik does not directly store your full payment card details.

The free trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically and no charge arises from it. At the end of the trial, access to paid functionality pauses until you actively choose and pay for a subscription plan.

PropQwik stores and processes your personal information on servers located in the United States and India, where our team and trusted service providers operate. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in these locations.

Where we process personal information of users located in the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). We do not practice data localization unless required by applicable law.

From time to time, with your consent, we may use your personal information to send you service updates, feature announcements, or information about new offerings from PropQwik.

We do not use extracted property data for marketing, and we do not share your information with advertisers or third parties for promotional purposes.

You may opt out of promotional or marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect your ability to receive transactional or service-related communications, such as account alerts, billing receipts, or security notifications.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes below. This is the single retention schedule for the Platform:

Where we rely on your consent to process certain data, we retain it only as long as your consent remains valid; you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. When you request deletion of your account or extraction history, we remove or anonymize it within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

To provide the features described in this Privacy Policy, the PropQwik browser extension requires certain browser permissions. These permissions are used strictly to deliver user-initiated functionality and are not used for advertising, tracking, or monitoring users beyond the scope of the Services.

The permissions used by the Extension include:

• Active Tab and Tabs Access: Used to access the currently active browser tab only when you initiate a property extraction or related action, to verify supported property portals, and to coordinate secure authentication handoffs.
• Scripting: Used to run extraction scripts on supported third-party websites at your request, to collect publicly available property information and generate requested outputs.
• Host Permissions: Used only for specific websites where property data extraction is supported and explicitly initiated by you (including LoopNet, Crexi, Zillow, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, Redfin, and Trulia), and to communicate with PropQwik backend APIs.
• Storage: Used to store user preferences, extraction history, session data, and settings locally in your browser.
• Context Menus: Used to provide quick-access actions, such as initiating extraction through right-click menu options on supported pages.
• Side Panel: Used to display the Extension's interface alongside webpages so you can review extracted information and generate documents without leaving the current page.
• Notifications: Used to display service-related alerts, such as extraction completion, file generation status, and error or account notices.
• Identity: Used only when you explicitly connect third-party integrations such as Google Drive or Google Sheets, for secure OAuth authentication. No data is accessed without your explicit consent, and access can be revoked at any time.

All permissions are used solely to support the functionality described in this Privacy Policy and are not used to collect data unrelated to the Services.

PropQwik may use cookies, browser storage, and similar tracking technologies to support and enhance your experience on the Platform. These technologies help us recognize your device, maintain your login sessions, store your preferences, enable features such as saving past extractions, and analyze how the Platform is used to improve its performance and reliability.

Our website uses analytics and advertising cookies, subject to your choices — see our Cookie Notice and the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer to manage them, including honoring Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

You may choose to disable cookies or modify your browser settings; doing so may affect certain functionalities of the Platform, including personalization and access to saved data.

Our website currently uses Google Ads for conversion tracking and remarketing to website visitors only. This applies to website traffic and never to extracted property data. You can opt out using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer or at adssettings.google.com.

We do not use extracted property data for advertising or retargeting, nor do we share your personal information with advertisers for any purpose beyond this website-visitor ad measurement.

The Service, its software, templates, design, and the PropQwik name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Service, its source code, or proprietary materials, except where the law expressly allows it.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action.

The Service is for business professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will promptly delete it.

Parents or guardians who believe a minor may have submitted information to us are encouraged to contact us immediately at privacy@propqwik.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

This Privacy Policy and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to it.

Wherever you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Depending on your state or country, you may also have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data, limit the use of sensitive data, and appeal a decision on your request. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@propqwik.com from your account email. We will verify your identity and respond within 30–45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

To opt out of advertising cookies, use "Your Privacy Choices" in our website footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of advertising cookies.
